Mergers & acquisitions
We provide financial and strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions and divestments, including the sale of businesses, assets and strategic shareholdings. M&A has been our core offering since our firm’s inception in 2004 and our senior bankers are amongst the most experienced in the New Zealand market.
Capital raising
We provide capital raising and financing services including arranging equity, hybrid and mezzanine funding and senior debt. We maintain an extensive network of relationships in New Zealand, Australia and major global markets with family offices, VC firms, private equity sponsors, institutional investors, credit funds and banks.
Debt & Corporate advisory
We provide debt advisory services focused on optimising capital structure, implementing appropriate debt structures and minimising cost of capital. Separately, our corporate advisory services provide financial and strategic advice on non-transactional matters, including valuations, strategic reviews and scoping reports. These services leverage our deep experience in the New Zealand economy.
