Sale of Stuff Fibre to Vocus

Murray & Co acted as financial advisor to Stuff Limited on the sale of Stuff Fibre to Vocus.

Stuff Fibre is a multi-award winning, New Zealand internet service provider with a customer base of over 20,000 nationwide. Established in 2016 as a partnership between Stuff Limited and a number of former industry executives, in May 2018 Stuff Fibre became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stuff Limited.

Vocus is a leading telecommunications company providing specialist fibre and network solutions to businesses, government, and wholesale clients in New Zealand. It also offers retail broadband products and services under its brands Slingshot, Orcon and Flip. Vocus is part of the larger Vocus Group Ltd (ASX:VOC) which is an ASX-100 listed company.

The transaction completed in May 2020.
