Mergers & acquisitions
We provide financial and strategic advice in relation to mergers, acquisitions and divestments, including the sale of businesses, assets and strategic shareholdings. M&A has been our core offering since our firm’s inception in 2004 and our senior bankers are amongst the most experienced in the New Zealand market.
Capital raising
We provide capital raising and financing services including arranging equity, hybrid and mezzanine funding and senior debt. We maintain an extensive network of relationships both in New Zealand, Australia and major global markets with family offices, VC firms, private equity sponsors, institutional investors, credit funds and banks.
Debt advisory
We offer a truly independent and unique debt advisory service to our clients. Our strengths reside in structuring complex financing arrangements and running tight and targeted debt processes. Our advisory services focus on improving engagement levels between lender and borrower and streamlining borrowers’ understanding of and access to the varied sources of capital available in today’s market . We quickly and precisely ascertain our clients’ needs, then match those needs to the right form of available financing.
Corporate advisory
We also provide financial and strategic advice in relation to non-transactional matters. These advisory mandates include valuations, financial and strategic reviews, scoping reports and market sounding studies. Our work in this space leverages our deep experience in key industry sectors in the New Zealand economy.
