Acquisition of Ziwi by FountainVest

Murray & Co acted as financial advisor to FountainVest on its acquisition of Ziwi.

With a high meat content product range that uses fresh and raw ingredients ethically sourced in NZ, Ziwi’s products are exported globally and are highly sought after by discerning pet guardians and their pets.

The transaction was completed in February 2022 following receipt of Overseas Investment Office consent.
