Sale of majority shareholding in ICT to Advent

Murray & Co acted as financial advisor to Integrated Control Technology (“ICT”) on its sale of a majority shareholding to Advent Partners (“Advent”).

ICT’s founders, Hayden and Rachael Burr, will remain key shareholders with a substantial interest of 45% and will lead the company as it continues to expand its global footprint.
