Melissa joined Murray & Co in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer. She has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of roles in New Zealand and the UK.
Having started her career with KPMG, Melissa has worked in finance across the Investment Banking, Media, Healthcare, Agricultural and Technology sectors. Most recently she was CFO for six years for Trineo, a global software consulting company headquartered in NZ. She was also closely involved in the acquisition of Trineo by a large North American software consulting firm and the subsequent integration.
Melissa brings a breadth of knowledge in Finance, People and Operations with a focus on ensuring that Murray & Co is best placed to meet the needs of its clients and its team.
Melissa is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury.
