Leong Yew

Before joining Murray & Co in 2019, Leong started his career in Malaysia working for HSBC before moving to CIMB, where he spent five years specialising in M&A and Corporate Strategy for Financial Institutions.

With strong financial analytical skills developed within a highly regulated industry, Leong brings a meticulous approach to solving complex transactional problems with a focus on stakeholder management. Leong is seasoned in managing due diligence processes having worked on numerous transformational cross-border transactions and uses this experience to provide best in class services to our clients. His diverse background also promotes knowledge and cultural transfer which is invaluable in the setting of a globalised market.

Leong holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the Australian National University and is a Malaysian Government scholar.
