Tait Communications completes takeover of Vital Limited

Murray & Co advised Tait International Limited (“Tait”) on its successful takeover offer for the ordinary shares and options in telecommunications solution business Vital Limited, a public company trading on the NZX.

Tait is a private company and global provider of critical communications solutions, based in Christchurch.

The takeover was a strategic move to expand Tait’s market positioning, product offerings and reach in New Zealand.
