Sale of shareholding in Dairy Holdings

Murray & Co acted as financial advisor to Turley Farms to arrange the partial sell down of a stake in Dairy Holdings, one of New Zealand’s largest corporate dairy farming operations.

We managed negotiations of the sale to a consortium led by Koau Capital including valuation, negotiation and structuring and obtaining the requisite approvals of other shareholders.

Dairy Holdings is the largest milk supplier, and shareholder, of Fonterra as well as supplying Westland Milk Products.
