Capital raise for Pet Nutrition Group

Murray & Co acted as financial advisor to Pet Nutrition NZ Limited Partnership and its group of companies (“Pet Nutrition Group”) on its joint venture with a leading Asian private equity fund.

Pet Nutrition Group, owner of the Kiwi Kitchens brand, is a leading New Zealand-based manufacturer of super-premium pet food products. The Group produces a broad range of products across freeze dried, air dried, canned, dog rolls and frozen roll categories, under its own brands as well as private-label products for international customers.

The joint venture is an exciting part of a broader growth strategy for Pet Nutrition Group, which will allow it to increase its production capacity and to accelerate its growth in key export markets.
