Murray + Co Summer Internship

Internships are offered annually at Murray + Co.

Through its internship programme, Murray + Co mentors talented young students who are seeking a career in investment banking. By the end of your internship, you will have an excellent understanding of investment banking and a strong platform on which to build your career.

Working within a niche team, you will receive hands-on experience of the deals in which Murray + Co is involved and will be integral to our success.

There will be a strong emphasis on research and analysis within the Corporate Finance division as well as some exposure to our divisions in Wealth Management, Private Equity and Property Advisory.

Our previous interns include Cameron Robson who worked as an intern at Murray + Co during Summer 2006/2007. He joined Deutsche Bank in July 2009 as part of the Global Markets graduate programme in London, and has spent time in the company's Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong offices. He is currently based in Singapore where he covers Malaysia/Singapore Equity Research. Cameron graduated from the University of Otago with a Masters of Business with Distinction in Finance.

Julian Bennett-Longley, BCom (Finance), BSc Hons (Maths & Finance) worked with us as an intern in 2010/2011. He is hoping to commence an MSc (Maths & Finance) in the UK in 2012.

The next internship will be offered in 2012, with the position starting in November 2012.
