Murray + Co Board

The Murray + Co Board comprises four directors who are responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the firm. Their combined expertise ensures that Murray + Co adheres to the highest standards of professionalism and operates with the utmost integrity in every aspect of the firm’s activities.

The Members of our Board of Directors are:-

	Humphry Rolleston Chairman NZID, NZIM Humphry is a respected financier and investor with an extensive background as a director for public and private companies in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. He is a director of four listed New Zealand companies: Infratil, Sky TV, Property for Industry, and Mercer Group. He is also a board member of various private companies in New Zealand and offshore.
	Justin Murray Managing Director LLB Justin brings a wealth of experience in investment banking, including 9.5 years in London with Rothschild, Bankers Trust and as a managing director of Bear Stearns. He is a Crown appointed director of the Christchurch Airport and on the advisory board of the Government’s Earthquake Appeal Trust.
	Rob Campbell Director BA Hons, M.Phil (Econ) Rob has substantial experience in managing global portfolios, direct investments and governance. He is Chairman of three listed New Zealand companies: GPG, Turners and Growers and Summerset. He is also on the board of ACC and a range of private companies in New Zealand and offshore.
	Scott St John Director, First NZ Capital CEO B.Com, Dip Grad, NZIFP, NZICA, NZSIA Scott has been chief executive of First NZ Capital since 2002 and is chairman of the Securities Industry Association and a Director of FNZ Ltd. He has 22 years experience in the finance industry, particularly in equities.
